SimTrade.AI monitors publicly available comments on social media accounts that you designate, and uses AI to help identify and prioritize potential buyer leads. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Service to collect data in violation of applicable law or the target platform's terms of service.
• You will not use the Service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to individuals identified through the Service.
• You will not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of buyer-lead data complies with applicable consumer-protection and data-protection laws in your target markets.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Trial

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis as described at checkout or in your order confirmation. Where a money-back guarantee is offered, its specific terms and eligibility window will be stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and AI models. You retain ownership of the data you upload (such as monitored-account lists). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Data

Lead data is sourced from publicly visible comments on third-party social platforms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or continued accessibility of that third-party content. Collection may be interrupted by changes to third-party platforms outside our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LEADS IDENTIFIED BY THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY SALE OR BUSINESS OUTCOME.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMTRADE.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that creates legal or security risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
